Moon Festival 2010

This school year has been a really busy one, and Mommy has fallen behind on her blogging. So now that school is out, she is playing catch-up. Here is a sampling of pictures from when we celebrated the Moon Festival in September 2010. All the young Chinese girls wear our silk cheongsam dresses and enjoy the festivities! The Asian Children's Mentor Program with the University of Georgia throws quite a party for us with lots of food and fun activities.

I know you've met her before, but this is my wonderful mentor Ji In. She has been my mentor for 4 years now! She graduates from college in 2011. I will miss her.

Ji In made a beautiful bouquet of hand-cut paper flowers for me! Aren't they beautiful?

And no Moon Festival celebration would be complete without some beautiful dancers!

Ji In and I are working hard on a coloring project.

She also drew a beautiful butterfly on my arm. She's talented!

I love my Baba!

Ji In is giving me one more piece of art on my arm.

So that's what we did at the Moon Festival this September. Stay tuned for more posts from me!
